Can you open the top part of the E? Sp that the top line of the letter " E" is disconnected from the second line of the letter " E" but so the second and third line are still connected?

In addition to your logo idea I need the name to be available as a separate part of the Illustrator file so I can use the name only as well as the logo incorporation. See the attached PDF. Also Baum means Tree in German, Dutch so having a tree in the logo might be good. But simple so it is not difficult to print.
