The design should have the following

<p>The initials MNB must be incorporated into the logo.</p><p>All uppercase, please.</p><p>(the name of the firm can be next to, or under it for branding)</p><p>Modern, strong, and a medium to deep blue.</p><p>there absolutely can be another accent color or two, but blue should lead.</p><p style="color: rgb(101, 101, 101); font-family: &quot;Source Sans Pro&quot;, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;"><span style="font-weight: bolder; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">Late note - If possible, please incorporate a stylized lightning bolt into the logo.
