Describe your company and organization and target audience

Our company is a food truck/rolling bakery! Our primary dish is the famous Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich, and this is a very unique sandwich that definitely requires one to do some research into before drawing up a design. Our last logo designer conflated the Chicago Italian Beef with essentially a French-dip sandwich, and some confuse images and mistake it for a Philly cheesesteak. The Italian Beef is an entirely different breed than any of these sandwiches. 

The design should have the following

<p>For the most part, have fun with the logo. But here are some pretty important features that we would like included:</p><p>-Front and center, artwork of an Italian Beef Sandwich being dunked into Au Jus sauce.</p><p>-We would like for the background to include some baked goods to represent that though the Italian Beef is our main attraction, we are also a bakery. For example, cinnamon rolls, croissants, muffins, cookies, etc. So long as putting any of these doesn't make the logo too "noisy" or just overall messy. You have creative liberty with this!</p><p>-A more "cartoony" (or bright and fun), art style is preferred; there is a particular vibe that comes with food truck and other restaurant logos that you might pull from.</p><p>-Our company title, "Menza's - Italian Beef &amp; Bakery" and somewhere where the slogan can be seen "Serving our family favorites" (but if you find that there is just absolutely too much text with the subtitle included, you might omit this subtitle).</p><p>-The font style that I find really appealing for the food truck logo art style is a kind of "retro script" font, but you have creative liberty with this as well if you think a different font style will fit your design better</p>

<p>-The wrong sandwich. The sandwich front and center needs to be a Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich; NOT: a french dip sandwich with its bright pink ham, a philly cheesesteak, nor should it be a subway sandwich type of deal.</p><p>The Chicago Italian Beef has dark brown roast beef, and has no cheese on it. The only things that usually go on top are either bell peppers or giardiniera, though not necessary. I will attach an image of a Chicago Italian Beef for reference.</p>

<p>-In mind we're envisioning a sort of "Italian" color scheme, but if you think the logo would look better with a different color scheme, then have at it.</p><p>-Whatever other colors you find are necessary to create the food artwork.</p>
