Describe your company and organization and target audience
This is a non-profit company (abbreviation is MFIT.EDU). We teach mental fitness classes which focuses on skills for everyday living (e.g., working through anxiety, conflict resolution, building blocks of self-esteem). While we deal with mental health concepts, we don't deal with diagnoses or anything related to what people refer to as "being crazy." The term "mental health" has a bad rap. Instead, we correlate mental fitness skills with physical fitness skills - skills we all need to develop and strengthen for us to be successful when difficulties come our way. Target audience is adults with some college education, though any adult could benefit.
