The "Maple 180" development is on the corner of Maple Street & 180th street. This pristine Maple location will offer intelligently curated office, retail and residential opportunities. Target audience will be middle-upper to upper income; families, business people, singles. Our demographics demand well-planned spaces that are walkable, attractive and able to be enjoyed by office and retail uses. A focal point will be the water features- waterway down the middle of the development & also a pond. Plan is to have a timed water show with various fountain-type water dances. This space is being designed for active and busy lifestyles.
