We help luxury second home buyers find a community that best suits their lifestyle by providing an intuitive process that helps them sort through hundreds of communities and connect them with an expert buyers agent familiar with the communities that best fit their desires.
Our target customer is 45-65 years old, smart, professional, busy, and affluent. Typically they are married and have kids that are either grown or are in high school or college. The customer is entering a different stage in their life. They've worked hard for most of their lives and are looking for a place where they can relax and enjoy themselves while having a place where they feel their kids will come and visit them.
This can be a big decision for many people and there are a ton of options that they have to choose from which can be overwhelming. "Do I want a house at the beach or in the mountains?" "Do I want a golf course or a lake community?" etc.
