Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are building a new apartment community, 300 units, will be targeting ages 18-60. We are new to the area where we are building, so want it to stand out, be easy to read, but not real plain either. And something that will look good in just black, we may add color later.

The design should have the following

Lux 54, it can be connected or not, we are open to anything

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

Want something probably in just black or solid color, but possibly able to add to color to it.

Briefly describe your contest

Just looking for something easy to read, but not just really plain either, we are new to the area where we are building.
