Describe your company and organization and target audience

There are 2 Companies: 1. Reliant Life Shares: (https://reliantlifeshares.com/). We are based in Los Angeles since 2011 and are a boutique investment firm selling Life Settlements ("Life Shares") in CA only. To date we have sold over $100M in Life Shares and have a portfolio of $175M in Life Shares. We are looking to make a Crypto Coin out of our Life Shares™, which we trademarked several years ago. The average investment is $50,000. A life settlement ("Life Share") is the purchase of an existing life insurance policy, by a third-party investor, for less than the face value but more than cash surrender value of the policy. Originally designed for institutional or corporate investors, the life settlement market is now available to individual investors by way of fractional life shares. This investment class has no correlation to stock or financial markets, oil prices, interest rates, or other common risk factors that most investments are associated with and often suffer from. Investing in life settlements can offer outstanding returns, while minimizing risk. 2. LifeX - (https://lifexinvestments.com/). A spin off of Reliant Life Shares and differs slightly in that it sells entire policies ("Life Shares") to investors ALL THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. The average investment is $1,000,000.
