Describe your company and organization and target audience

We need a logo that will be for a musical & sports CONCERT event being held right before the Superbowl in 2024 in Las Vegas.  It is called "Legends Fanfest Las Vegas 2024".  We want that text to be part of the logo. This is a logo that will have to be redone every year because every year it will be in a new city and we want the logo to have some elements from the city (wherever that is). (so do a great logo for this year and maybe I will hire you for the next year).  However, we'd like people to be able to tell that this is a "Legends Fanfest" logo so there needs to be something familiar about it from year to year, so that people will recognize us. The target market is made up of younger concert-goes including the rap, pop, rock, and country markets. Of course, since this is at the Superbowl it will also need to appear to SPORTS LOVERS. The Superbowl crowd is under 44.  I assume since the logo will have a few different elements (the guitar, football, something that says "Las Vegas", etc) that we will need to have an illustration or icon of some kind.  

The design should have the following

 In 2024 the concert series will be in Las Vegas, NV so we would like it to include the following icons/elements - 1) something that represents Las Vegas 2) something about music (like a Guitar?) 2) something about Football (like a football) and 3) something about technology (if possible) - as a "tag line" we would like to use "at the NFL Alumni Village"  OR IF IT MAKES SENSE WE COULD USE THE NFL ALUMNI "SHIELD" AS PART OF THE LOGO BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO (see attached).  I will attach that "shield" artwork here.  If you include that NFL "Shield" you don't have to add another football since that shield has a football in it already.  You can't change the colors of the NFL Alumni Shield icon.  I will attach LAST YEAR'S EVENT LOGO so you can see it but we do not want a repeat of last year's logo.  See attached.

Colors to use in the design

If you use the NFL Alumni shield in the logo you'd have to stick with Red White and Blue (or colors that go with them) and if you don't use that icon/shield then you have a little more freedom to be colorful.  I think the logo could be colorful because we are targeting younger concertgoers - not super young but 18 to 40 ish.  This is really a musical event and a sporting event - so any colors that make you think of music and sports!
