Describe your company and organization and target audience

Mom owned business. Commercial cleaning targeting new build cleans prior to opening doors to the public. Also offering demolition services. 

The design should have the following

Business name comes from my deceased grandmother-Kathleen. Would like something family oriented, perhaps a family tree but to show it is a cleaning business. Maybe the tree trunk as a broom or something of a similar idea. Looking for an eye catching design.

I know I mentioned a tree but please refrain from making the logo greens and browns.
