The design should have the following

The design should only have the words "Embrace Change to Cultivate Growth"

Some type of design with relation to Conservation and growing could be neat.

Basic colors are preferred. It represents a forward-thinking attitude rooted in resilience and openness.

"To Cultivate Growth" reflects both literal and metaphorical growth:

Literal: Enhancing soil health, water quality, biodiversity, and crop sustainability.

Metaphorical: Growing knowledge, partnerships, and community engagement in conservation.

Together, the phrase becomes a call to action: progress happens when we welcome change as an opportunity—not an obstacle.

Why No Equipment in the Logo

The decision to exclude equipment underscores that the mission is about people, land, and stewardship—not just tools. It centers the logo on natural systems and human commitment, aligning with themes like:

Soil conservation

Water protection

Prairie preservation

Generational sustainability

It also avoids tying the brand to any specific type of agriculture (row crop, ranching, etc.), making it more inclusive and reflective of diverse conservation efforts across Kansas
