Private music therapy practice working with clients of all ages and abilities (special needs, Autism, Seniors, mental health, adapted music lessons, etc.) Most often parents of children, teens, and adults with different needs search for my services. Organizations in related fields such as senior living communities, non-profits, foster care agencies, therapists, schools, etc. may also inquire about services.

The design should have the following

I really want this logo to be creative and inviting. Something interesting without being busy. I usually like logos with movement and want something to capture the "joy" part of my name without being too child focused. I had a logo designed last year, but I don't love it. Then I recently tried another service and my notes were clearly not taken into account. I lean more toward treble clefs or notes vs specific instruments like the guitar. I'd like something with an image and the business name where I can use just the image when needed. I've attached my current logo as well as a document with some notes about what I DO NOT like and what seems a little closer to my style.

headphones: this gives the impression we just listen to music. Nothing too specific to children since I work with all ages. Nothing too medical like a brain or stethoscope blended with a music symbol since I focus on a client-centered, humanistic approach.

Colors to use in the design

Teal or aqua colors with some complimentary color like cobalt, deep purple, etc. I'm open to ideas, but do not generally like predominantly red, orange, or yellow designs.
