Colors to use in the design

I'm open to this.. but think of jobsite colors that are about safety - orange, bright yellow, etc. The end users wear jeans and construction gear to work everyday - other major brands that people would be used to are for tools, etc.

I'm needing to create a logo for the rebranding of this entity to Jobsite-Link.net. The industry is dominated by male figures and the buyers are used to the rugged construction look.
