We are a property management company and we own real estate residential luxurious apartment communities in Texas. The logo will be for a monument sign at the entrance of the property. Target audience is the people driving by and potential residents looking for a rental apartment.

The design should have the following

Should be modern, clean, simple. A little icon or something to remind about the fact that we are close to a golf course BUT WE ARE NOT a country club We are changing the name from [Hampton Greens] to [IRON LANDINGS] to rebrand the whole property. Designer can try to play with a tree, golf tee and ball, iron club or something but it should sound like it is a golf course...
