Describe your company and organization and target audience

<p>I have just started an IT security consulting business focused on helping small and medium tech companies/startups grow their business by partnering with other vendors whose solutions complement their's and then helping them integrate the two products for their customers.&nbsp; The business also helps companies with marketing messaging and their go-to-market strategy.&nbsp; The business *may* also engage in some software app design and general IT consulting.</p><p>The name "INNOTEGRITY" comes from the words "innovation" and "integrity", which are 2 key tenets of the business.&nbsp; We help small companies with limited resources innovate through integrations and are a group of honest and trustworthy advisors (acting with integrity) for those businesses.&nbsp;</p>

The design should have the following

<p>I would like the logo to look powerful but not cartoon-ish - it needs to look professional but not overly busy.&nbsp; I would prefer something discernable even at small resolutions (eg: favicon) as I plan to use this logo everywhere online and on business cards and presentations.</p><p>If you can incorporate indications of the core values - innovation, integrity - and/or other concepts like connection and growth, that would be great.&nbsp; However, I'm also perfectly fine with something more abstract and creative that stands out from the crowd.&nbsp; I am leaning towards blues for the design to indicate honesty and trustworthy. (See palettes attached as a sample)</p><p>The logo should look good on both light or dark backgrounds OR I need to be able to easily swap out colors if on a darker background.&nbsp; I'd like a modern font for the logo that I wouldn't have to pay for, but also not 100% necessary if I decide to swap it out with another font I license from a third party site (Envato Elements).</p>

Colors to use in the design

Per my earlier comments - probably blues as they convey trust and professionalism but feel free to mix in complementary colors as well - attaching some sample color palettes I am looking at for the website
