Describe your company and organization and target audience

This logo is for a Christian outreach ministry that will go door to door, passing out flyers and information about in-home Bible studies and opportunities to connect with people. The primary focus is on helping people who are hurting/struggling find connections and relationships in the area. The ultimate hope is that they sign up to let us come back into their homes for several weeks for Bible studies.  

The design should have the following

Important:&nbsp; The logo is a "template" that we will use for many other cities/neighborhood names.&nbsp; So, while this first one is "Impact Sendera Ranch" the logo MUST be able to easily hae the "Sendera Ranch" part changed to any other city name easily.&nbsp; I wnat the logo to have IMPACT in all capital letters, and then the name of the city can simply be beneath the word IMPACT in one line.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>I want the word IMPACT to perhaps be a brick wall that has been "shattered" or "impacted" and is crumbling or breaking up in some way, showing that we are seeking to break down walls/barriers/obstacles and such.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>The words Sendera Ranch can simply be regular font letters w/o stylization, unless you have a great idea.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>NOTE:&nbsp; I want the primary use of the logo to be on a black background, and if not ONLY white in color, than vastly primarily white in color. I want it to really "pop" on a black background, and it will be used on shirts, printable goods, digital banners, and much more.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;HOWEVER it does need to be able to be reversed to print on white background as a secondary option.&nbsp;<br><br>I would love it if there was some sort of "icon" element also in the logo/by the logo that we coudl use, but I do not require an icon with this logo, stylized text with the brick wall breaking/impacting/crumbling would be fine by itself, if no icon works well.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>

Colors to use in the design

Solid white with bold/block type fonts, but I'm open to a little splash of color if needed.&nbsp; Keep in mind it will be on a black background, HOWEVER it does need to be able to be reversed to print on white background as a secondary option.&nbsp;
