Describe your company and organization and target audience

We sell contract furniture to hotels, restaurants and catering/contact. Our brands are contemporary and made in Europe mostly in Italy, so they are recognised for good quality and design. Our main target are architects, designers, and people in those fields of work.

The design should have the following

I want something totally different from the logo I have now, because since that logo was made the company has grown and developed into something bigger that just selling tableware. We are now more refined and more elegant but in a modern way.

I dont hate the idea of an icon.. but I would also like to se more typography that an icon design. Saying this the logo can be all typography no need of an icon to accompany it.
