This is a healthcare clinic that provides services for the blind and visually impaired. 

The design should have the following

The design should have the word HOPE as the first line.  The O in HOPE should be designed artistically and exude professionalism and care.'  The color palette should be blues that symbolize home.  The words Low Vision Specialist should be next to the word hope, separated by a vertical line and  it should be symmetrical to the height and width of the word HOPE.   See examples attached.
