Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are an auto repair company that as been around for 22 years.  We conduct business is a very professional manner and have one of the cleanest shops around.  We are new owners that are looking to update the image of the company.  We would like to keep the logo recognizable but with a cleaner more modern style.

The design should have the following

Being that the company has been around a while and that we do a classic car show every year I really like the Idea of a Modern Retro logo.

Colors to use in the design

We would like to keep the colors similar but maybe a different Hue,  wouldn't mind if we dropped the blue and did Red/grays.  We have the current logo in a gray scale embroidery and we really like it on black
