Describe your company and organization and target audience

I am an amateur blacksmith and leather craft artist.  The logo is going to be enlarged and cut out of steel for a back-lit sign in my workshop.  I also plan to burn the logo into my leather projects, which include things like knife sheaths, bookmarks, Dopp kits, weekend travel bags.  I burn holes in a lot of sweatshirts grinding metal so I also wanted to use the logo and sweatshirts and t-shirts.  Someday I may have a website and would use it there as well.  Since the primary purpose of my logo is to burn it into leather goods, it needs to look good both in color and in black and white.

The design should have the following

<p>I had a friend make a rough start at a logo based on ideas I had. &nbsp;I really like the idea of a welding-helmet with devil horns and a tail coming out of it. &nbsp;I will attach a picture of the current logo I have. &nbsp;I would really like to keep those elements.</p><p>I would like the font for "Hell Bent" and "Workshop" to be different. &nbsp;The year that I established the workshop would be nice to include in the logo if possible by not a must. &nbsp;The year was 2019.</p>

<p>Red, gray, orange, yellow</p><p>However, I am open to other ideas because my current logo has all those colors and still doesn't seem to pop.</p>

I'm looking to keep the "bones" of the logo but have a more masculine and simplified logo that looks good in color and black and white
