Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a new small scale farm, aiming to produce and sell mixed orgainc vegetables and fruits, poultry products and nuts to our local market. We will be utilizing mostly hand tools and a small walk behind tractor. We have 23 acres and will integrate the different production systems with agroforestytry and rotational grazing to enhance the land and build resilience. We wnat to be reasonably priced and convenient whilst offering our customers a connection to the farm, possibly through a U-pick in the future. Our ideal customer would be an outdoorsy growing family who are well off enough to put the extra effort into eating well and appreciates local food production but lacks the time and space to have a significant food garden themselves.

The design should have the following

We think an eclectic and orgainc style would represent the farm well. We want to become our customers "family farmer" and so presenting as warm and friendly perhaps using orange colours and I suspect that natural wood tones would work well. Having looked at business brand archetypes we picked Hero - we're on a mission to make the world a little better. The everyman - we want to have genuine relationships with customer, friendly, authentic. Ruler - we recognize we have to bring some order to the chaos of farming, make our small farm efficient and hygenic. Some ideas: Perhaps a hand tool such as a hari hari, pair of pruners or harvest knife could be incorporated. Trees growing alongside vegetasbles - leaf shape, red alder or maple perhaps? Hand harvesting Haumea - dwarf planet on outer solar syatem with fast spin - hawaiin goddess of childbirth and fertility Beneficial wildlife The logo will also be used as stickers on produce packaging

This logo will be used for

• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

1) Orange -Hero brand archetype. Some natutral wood colours we've seen combine a warm friendly appeal with subtle vibrance and earthiness. 2) Blue matches the efficiency, value and cleanliness that we'd like to present 3) Indigo - friendly, humble and authentic I noticed many farms utiulize green in the colour schemes which we would be open to.
