Describe your company and organization and target audience

Our business provides 3 different categories of services. Project, employee development, and business services. Project- Serve as the owner’s representative performing the day-to-day operations of project management, project engineering, project controls, and/or construction coordination. Employee Development- Provide training courses and full employee pay and progression programs including custom training and development units. These courses are designed to help create and effectively manage a productive group of employees as well as provide help on different parts of project building and executing. Business- Assist private and public businesses restructure and grow through the execution of proven methods including needs assessment; benchmarking; program development, execution, analysis, and evaluation; audit support and guidance. We primarily work in food manufacturing facilities.

The design should have the following

We would like a graphic that focuses on our tagline of projects, people, and performance. We like sleek, minimal, modern design that is appealing to professional organizations. We want a simple graphic that encompasses those services, but do not have to include the actual words in the logo. Our previous logo was just 'HW.'

Colors to use in the design

Navy, gold, white, grey. We like this color scheme, but we are okay with the logo just being white or grey. We designed business cards that have a navy background. I attached a photo of the business card. We would like to logo to go between the EST 2003, where the current graphic is.
