<p>This is an existing building/restaurant in Sisters, Oregon.&nbsp; It is in Central Oregon surrounded by the 3 Sisters Mountains, Faith, Hope &amp; Charity.&nbsp; It is high desert.&nbsp; The town has a western theme to it. The building has had the word Depot in it for many many years.&nbsp; Depot Deli, Depot Cafe, Sisters Depot.&nbsp; I have owned this restaurant for 2 years as Sisters Depot with American fare.&nbsp; It needs a new face,&nbsp; a disconnect from the lunch time "Depot".&nbsp; I am switching it to an italian restaurant.&nbsp; We are a summer seasonal town that is known for the Sisters Rodeo, Sisters Folk Festival and Sisters Quilt Show.&nbsp; &nbsp;We have some skiing around us at HooDoo.&nbsp; We will offer brunch, lunch and dinner and have a full bar.&nbsp; Previously this restaurant did not have a full bar.&nbsp; &nbsp;Food will be simple and cozy. Drinks will be fresh, homemade (fresh citrus and homemade simple syrups, etc).&nbsp; There is a fantastic courtyard that isn't visible from the street and a stage.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>

<p>I have a 10 month old brindle french bulldog whose name is Frankie.&nbsp; He will be our mascot. He's been around the restaurant a lot the last 8 months and the staff and customers love him. He is not neutered and has big..you know. I had a little laugh about making the biggest Meat Balls.&nbsp; I like the idea of using the mountains in the theme.&nbsp; The town is western so I'm not sure how to bring that into it..maybe font? But the food will be italian. The colors/theme in the restaurant are black, wood and black wrought iron.</p><p><br></p>
