Describe your company and organization and target audience

<div>Must be adaptable for use on business cards, signs, banners, websites, building plates, keychains, etc.</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;We sell portable structures in Bristol, Tennessee: High Wall Barns, Cottage Barns, studios, cabins, cottages, chicken coops, dog kennels, garages, Gazebos, and horse barns (that are permanent). These are Amish-Mennonite structures. We also sell metal carports, garages, barndominium shells, and metal commercial structures.</div><div><br></div><div>Attaching some logos that I like. I'd like to see options with the color Royal Blue, perhaps with Gold and/or White stars (or a reverse of that or both as the logo may be getting used on shirts that may be light or dark and would thus require adaptation of colors.) Would like to evoke Quality, Trust. Locality (Upper East Tennessee/SW Virginia), PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT an artist and will welcome suggestions from designers.</div><div><br></div><div><p>Here are websites of companies that I am a dealer for:</p><p>Sheds&nbsp; <a href="http://www.cherokeestructures.com" target="_blank">www.cherokeestructures.com</a></p><p>Gazebos&nbsp; <a href="http://www.kgazebos.com" target="_blank">www.kgazebos.com</a></p><p><br></p><p>***Can't help but notice.....all of the submissions so far have our name as "FIVE STAR structures" with the "STRUCTURES" being in a smaller font. I don't mind if it is in a slightly different font, but I'd like to the fonts in at least close to the same size, please, as that is part of the name. A good example of the "same but different" fonts is that used by Cherokee Structures. In their logos, the fonts are the same size, I think, but different styles. However, I think their two styles more than a bit TOO different. I like more <b>bold</b>, even if a bit blocky. When people drive down the highway in front of our business, I want them to be able to see "<b>FIVE STAR STRUCTURES</b>" not just "Five Star" with "structures" hidden in small print.</p><p>Also, again looking at the logo of Cherokee Structures, perhaps someone could replace that feather with stars, with larger-to-smaller stars over the outline of a shed or gazebo. THANK YOU to all the creatives who have submitted so far and will submit in the days to come.&nbsp;</p><p>****Another observation of current entries. Most of those submitted thus far have the "FIVE" and the "STAR" very close together so that it looks like "FIVESTAR". Can we get a bit of a separation between those? Thank you all so much. If you go back and edit your current submission, I'll go back and re-review if that is possible. I am still learning how to navigate the Hatchwise site.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>**** 19 August 2023 I apologize to everyone submitting designs for not responding individually to each entry. I am, to be honest, simply overwhelmed.&nbsp; I am hoping that making these notes will help those of you who have submitted great designs. I'd like to be able to comment on each but find that I would be spending all day repeating myself and not getting to half of you. So, here goes.....</p><p>One purpose of the logo is for a sign that must be legible from cars travelling down a state highway. That means "FIVE STAR" and "STRUCTURES" should be the same size, or close to it with no fanciful script. Also, the name is FIVE star structures, not 5 Star Structures. I am pretty much 1-starring anything with script or the numeral 5. While I do like some of those, I am just afraid it would not be too legible from a distance. Font that is more blocky and bold will get more attention. While I am a Star Trek fan, I'd like to avoid making the logo look "Trekkie".</p><p>In most cases, I may love the graphic but the script needs work or vice-versa. Again, I'd love to comment on each one but am limited with time. I hope the comments above will help.</p><p>I try to go through the submissions at least twice a day and rate them. Occasionally, I will change that rating either up or down depending on my current view of the logo. In a couple of days, I will use the 'polls" to solicit input from customers, friends and family. I plan to add to the poll any logo with a 3 or 4 rating. i don't think I've yet given any "5's".&nbsp; If you got a "2", don't fret. See if you can make changes based on my comments above and I may well upgrade it.
