Briefly describe your contest

Hi there! I've launched a leadership and executive coaching business that is focused on mid-career women and their professional growth. I want a modern, professional and clean logo that illustrates elevation/rising to your purpose. I don't have a preference on a color at this point but I prefer something that pops.
