Duality Homes is a Real Estate Consultant/Investment company that dabbles in the three aspects of Real Estate Investing: Wholesaling, rehabbing, and rental properties. Our bread and butter, per se, is to find home owners that need sell their house on their terms, avoiding the hassle of realtors, repairs, and months of uncertainty. We in turn buy these houses in cash, wholesale the contract in hand, or rehab the property and sell to a new buyer. Also, part of the revenue will go to a new foundation that will help middle class families with developmental delayed children who don't qualify for government support due to being above the poverty line. Our target audience is anyone who needs/must get rid of their house to avoid bankruptcy, foreclosure, etc.
