Also killing it on this one I think, unfortunately its really rather close to the most prominent Brewery in towns type face. So we should stay away from this.

Good Morning Thanks for your previous message and ranking it's appreciated. I agree with your missus, I think that for a logo the tagline should not be involved. It's well-intentioned and I personally get the vibe, it can be used for collateral in branding 'dop' in the future and on other peripherals but for a logo less is more :) In this submit I've designed a laid back, cool, graffiti-style design, the hand-illustrated typeface is really cool. Ive used subtle hops in the typeface. Colors can be added this is the base concept, it's very important that a logo works as a one color design and colors added later, this is the simplest version, and again it reads and works as an ambigram.
