Describe your company and organization and target audience

We design the lighting and control (dimming) systems for residential and light commercial properties (think upscale homes, restaurants, small retail spaces, small churches).  We also do automated shading as well.

The design should have the following

Since our name, "DK Automation", says nothing about lighting inherently, we'd like the logo to have some suggestion of lighting in it.&nbsp; Doesn't have to smack you across the face...just enough so that someone pulling a card out of a drawer or seeing our logo will remember we're the lighting people.<br><br>We're looking for elegant and refined...but not gaudy.&nbsp; Clever is encouraged. Should have some color (one or two main colors + black/gray) but not a color explosion.&nbsp; We're trying to convey professionalism but it doesn't have to be law firm dry.

Comic Sans (duh!).&nbsp; Anything overly playful or cartoon-ish.<br><br>Probably shouldn't have a suggestion of a home in the logo since we also do commercial work.

Colors to use in the design

We're open here...probably nothing neon.&nbsp; No bright pinks, purples, or reds...yellow is fine (because...ya know...light).&nbsp; Greens, blues, Earth tones...all fine.&nbsp; If red strikes you...probably keep it in the burgundy range.&nbsp;&nbsp;
