Describe your company and organization and target audience

<p>This is a new concept bar/club opening in East London.&nbsp;</p><p>Damsel is womens+ space (meaning we welcome all women, lesbians and femme identifying individuals) - it is a space FOR women(+) BY women(+)</p><p>The bar will be a split trading space, meaning we will have a 'traditional' bar and seating area, fit for a boozy brunch or an evening date - and then we will have our club space. We will be running workspaces, workshops, panels and exhibitions alongside regular activities making it a 'concept' bar - The overall aim of the space is to create a place deserving all women, cis, straight and queer, it will feel nice to be in, develop a sense of community we are all lacking today and provide diverse and quality entertainment.</p><p>As a start-up incubator owner and an interior designer, there is a massive focus on creating an interesting, eye catching, unique yet stunningly designed space. It will be a sexy, beautiful and seductive space.</p>

<p>(Edit) please refer to the Pinterest board to see the style of graphic/logo I like &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We have a few ideas for the logo, but the practical requirements are most important.&nbsp;</p><p>This is a FUN space first, but as I said it is a space deserving of US not the other way round - it needs to have a sense of class and sophistication whilst being appropriate to represent a bar, club and various other activities mentioned above.</p><p>Our main focus is on an attractive and suitable text logo. As I said, unique and unexpected elements are what we are drawn to, but it must retain a feeling of elegance and/or beauty - this is a space to appeal to all women, a feminine touch without being basic/cliche is important.&nbsp;</p><p>I would like to explore the idea of a graphic logo as well, but only if it is strong. My original idea was to use the wings of a damselfly/dragonfly with the body as a woman - this idea can be developed into or built off of. I am also open to exploring unique takes of eyes, wings, feminine attributes etc. as well as abstract symbolism that feels relevant.
