Dadbod dojo is for older guys that haven’t had time to do any exercise due to working and having kids. Chubby tits and beer bellies are exactly what we have. We do some martial arts to burn some calories but are really scared of pulling a muscle. Will be expanding to dancing but only if you can dance really badly like a dad at a wedding
