CrucibleConstruction Contest Holder

The four entries I like the most. Somethings to consider when making new submissions. I would like to see the arrow that is in the letters incorporated more subtly. I would like to be able to utilize part of the main logo as a smaller stand alone logo or secondary logo (i.e. the "C's" in the logos 2, 3, and 4). I really like how clean an modern the first logo looks.

Additionally, I do want to see the motto of "Forged Skill and Commitment" incorporated into all designs.
