Describe your company and organization and target audience

Create an amazing logo for Contractor Radio that has an icon that is memorable for the podcast listing and great for hats and shirts. We especially love the concept of circular badges but do not limit your creativity when designing the logo. We want a custom design and our target is "blue collar" hard working home service trades contractors. Roofers, Pool Installers, Landscape & Sprinkler designers, Bath Remodelers, Garage & Patio Floor, Flooring, Windows, etc. Think beards, ballcaps, work shirts and tool belts who want to become professionals. Their goal is to go from working in the field everyday to being a CEO of their business. We are hoping to take this logo and turn it into a motion graphic depicting going from beard, ballcap and blue jeans to clean cut, sunglasses and sport coats. With all of that said we want your most creative and memorable ideas. Some things to consider... This will be used on a neon sign that will be in the background of the studio, stickers to give as handouts and possible involved in a vinyl wrap for a vehicle. We hope to continue to work with you on more for motion graphics (GIF's), shirts, hats and other merchandise for the show! I am dropping a current version of our logo but I am not a fan of it...
