Clean Harvest Farms grows more with less water. Hydroponic systems within a controlled environment greenhouse allow us to reclaim more than 90% of the water we use to grow. To assure a clean harvest, we farm within controlled environments and never use chemical-based products. We grow multiple Lettuce Varieties, Basil, Tomatoes (Heirloom), Microgreens, Herbs, Edible Flowers, Cucumbers, Peppers, Spinach

Target Audience -- local South Texas consumers at farmers' markets. We also plan to sell into local markets.
