We are a property management company that takes care of homes (primarily second homes) so that all their owners have to do is show up and enjoy! We handle landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, property checks, and anything else a homeowner may need to ensure that their property is well taken care of. We are on call 24/7 for any needs, and take pride in our professionalism, quick response, and complete head to toe care.

The design should have the following

We are open to both initials only (CFC) and letter and image options. We would like a more minimalist, modern look. Most of our clients are on the wealthier side, so we'd like to communicate a classy/sophisticated feel. We are based on Cape Cod, which is a beach community, so we are open to a nautical/beachy design but it's certainly not a requirement.

We would like to avoid the logo being a house/houses. Pretty much every property management and landscaping company in our area has a house in their logo, and we'd prefer to stand out from the crowd.
