The California Mental Health Service Authority is a quasi-public organization bringing together mental health resources in the state. They want the logo to be very clean and modern and classic - not cute. NO brain, NO trees or NO fake people NO California state outlines... Icon should not be the letters of the name as the name will be the letters.
