Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are Canada's National Post office - Canada Post. Our employees do an extreme amount of heavy lifting every day and we are in the process of creating a formal Safe Lifting program for them. We need your help designing a logo. This logo would be used for lapel pins, key chains, t-shirts, posters etc.

The design should have the following

It must have the words "Calgary Safe Lifting" or "Safe Lifting Calgary" in the design. It must also have the Canada Post chevron/emblem in the design which I have attached. I would like an image of one person or two people lifting. I have attached a sample image here but I am open to other ideas. I have no preference for colors and I am open to suggestions.
