We perform Total Rewards consulting. That refers to supporting employers with rewards they offer their employees (benefits, retirement, comp, time off, perks). That includes helping businesses manage the cost and employee engagement related these offerings. An effective total rewards package serves to increase talent attraction/retention and engagement while addressing cost pressures.

We target Human resources and CFO (primarily HR) who drive these decisions for a business.

These people we target work at companies of all industries in the middle market 250 – 20000 employees (sometimes more).

This is for a YouTube channel that is a part of a personal branding initiative. The channel name is “Breaking Bad Rewards”. We want a logo that either communicates those words in context with the info above/below, or physically includes those words.
