With capital preservation at the forefront, we seek to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors, across economic cycles and different property types.   

The firm looks to directly acquire or  provide equity in commercial real estate in high growth southeastern markets in the US, with a focus on major markets in Florida. Biscayne seeks to acquire high-quality, cash-flowing, real estate investments at discounts to replacement costs, that have a path to additional value. Biscayne has long history in cold storage, logistics, and office assets in the United States.
