Think of it as a studio lot where each franchise brand is a production, and the infrastructure (sales, marketing, operations, content) is the studio machine behind them.The anchor brand is Rolling Suds, a commercial pressure washing franchise with 350+ units across 37 states. BPB will add additional franchise brands over time, each going through the same studio pipeline. Audience AvatarsThe BPB logo will be seen by four distinct audiences. The design must resonate across all of them.1. Franchise Brand Founders & OperatorsWho: Owners of emerging franchise brands (typically 10-100 units) looking for a growth partner or exit path.What they need to feel: "These people are serious operators. They have the infrastructure to take my brand further than I can alone." The logo should feel like a credible, well-capitalized studio, not a scrappy startup.2. Franchise Buyers / Prospective FranchiseesWho: Entrepreneurs evaluating franchise opportunities. They may encounter BPB through broker networks, franchise expos, or content. Many are career changers investing $100K-$300K of personal capital.What they need to feel: "The brands under this studio have real support behind them." The logo should communicate stability and a proven machine, reinforcing confidence in any brand BPB backs.3. Private Equity / Strategic AcquirersWho: PE firms, family offices, and strategic buyers who will eventually acquire BPB's brands at exit. These are sophisticated financial operators.What they need to feel: "This is a platform, not a single asset." The logo and overall brand should signal a repeatable system, a portfolio approach, and institutional quality. The spotlight metaphor supports this: BPB shines the light on each brand, implying a pipeline.4. Industry / Content AudienceWho: Franchise industry professionals, brokers, consultants, and the broader LinkedIn/content audience who follow BPB's thought leadership. Also includes potential hires and vendor partners.What they need to feel: "These guys are doing something different." The Hollywood studio metaphor is the differentiator. The logo should nod to entertainment/production without being literal or cheesy.
