Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a company that buys and sells vacant land. You can alternatively shorten the name for the logo, if you choose to include the full name to "Bailey Real Estate", you don't have to do the full Bailey Real Estate Investments, LLC. Alternatively if you want to use an abbreviation, please use BREI (Don't use BRE) Our company is remote and distributed across the country. We buy land mostly in California and Hawaii. When we buy in CA we buy from Redwoods areas all the way down to Joshua Tree and desert areas. When we buy in hawaii it's typically inland (not beach land) but more like the heavily grown areas that can be more like rainforest growth density. They do sometimes have fruit trees or hawaiian flowers, but I'd probably not go too crazy on the HI stuff to be honest, just mentioning it. I would not focus on the "buying or selling" or "money" aspect. Our core values are: Work the system-  We follow procedures and update quickly if needed Come from Curiosity - When issues arise, come from a place of curiosity to solve, don't place blame Be the Easy Button - Go above and beyond for teammates, contractors, and clients Constant Improvement - Continually looking for learning opportunities, books, self improvement Extreme Ownership - Everyone plays a role up and down the chain, own your role and how you could help make things better The only core value that I think could be worked in potentially is probably that easy button one, the rest might be hard to tie in. "Work the System" is more like a book (as is constant improvement) IDK what you'd make out of the Come from Curiosity or Extreme ownership so you probably can ignore those

The design should have the following

It doesn't HAVE to have anything per se. Anything above that you feel inspired by is ok. Probably should have some reference to land, rural land, nature, trees, joshua trees, a pin perhaps (like google maps drops a pin or a bubble on the location). We're tangential to maps, compasses, surveying, national park type vibes. it could have mountains, streams, plains style, hills, valleys.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Dollar signs, money, financial stuff, charts. I don't want any cartoons of people or faces or animals. Do not put in a cactus, it's the CA desert not he AZ desert, just to be clear haha.

Colors to use in the design

I like blues and greens I think, the desert scape color for those Joshua Tree boulders could be good too, that tan color is pretty simple. You can see the colors on our other company logo (the circle on) on www.SellLandSimply.com. I'm generally pretty open to color schemes but they should flow well
