Describe your company and organization and target audience

I am a TV producer that has relocated "Back East" from Los Angeles back to NY, hence the name, where I am originally from. I produce scripted TV. 

The design should have the following

I was thinking of something that subtly sells that I am NY-based, and no longer in Los Angeles. East Coast vibe. I actually live up in Westchester county surrounded by lots of trees working out of my carriage house abvet a 3 car garage, less than an hour north of NYC. I thought about simply using the format of a traditional Subway sign, with "Back East" in the subway white Helvetica font over black and "Entertainment" below in the different colored circles (subway lines). With an arrow pointing to the upper right in the upper right corner. Use pictures attached for guidance! attached.  But open to other suggestions!
