The design should have the following

The customer already has a logo but they feel like it is old and dated. AVEM in Latin means bird, so they would like to have some aspect of the logo imply flight or wings or air, but she does NOT want just an outline of a bird in the logo. Try to keep it more conceptual. She does like the way the 3 birds form the "E" in the existing logo, but it is not an essential. Also, she does like the green but if you have any other color options please feel free to share those ideas as well. Probably blues and greens would be best. Existing logo is attached. Feel free to try all lower case letters, like "avem". Also the customer thinks the existing font is too harsh, particularly the "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" part of the logo, so soften that up if possible. I think sans serif fonts are better but if you have a nice idea with a serif font please submit that also?
