The design should have the following

clean, modern, simple, undrstated text-based design with minor letting modifications to make it 100% unique so we can get a trademark for it. Might be neat if the "A" and "I" stood out or worked in AI somewhere, but not required by any means... Look at Avant.com and avantaventures.com - we do not want to be the same, but we like how they just modify the lettering slightly to be unique...

This design should not have this in the entries

No mascots, nothing "cute" or too gimicky, NOTHING that is right out of the box from those logo software suites (no half circle swoop arch from one letter to the other, nothing that looks like a tire, etc. You know what I mean.)

Colors to use in the design

b&w is just fine. non-pastel, muted colors are probably good. however bold blue or red could work in certain designs. but it needs to work well b&w.
