One afternoon, I found myself lost. No compass. No trail. Just sky, Pinion Pine trees, and silence. And then—I saw it. The arroyo.<o:p></o:p>That dry riverbed—once carved by water and time—became my guide. I followed its gentle curve through the land, and it led me back to the ranch and my family.<o:p></o:p>That memory lives at the heart of my coaching: You already have what you need.
