My company does both residential and commercial construction, build-out/renovations, and property management.  Our renovation work includes home interiors and exteriors, as well as office-retail build-outs.  Our property management service includes tenant turnover refresh, & exterior property maintenance (snow removal, grass/yard maintenance).
