The design should have the following

I need a logo and a favicon designed. My company, AnchorHome-Solutions, is a creative acquisition and funding entity. We help people solve their financial problems, whether it be property tax or bankruptcy, we do what we can to lessen the attendant stress. I have toyed with the idea of a ship's anchor and the text version of our company name in 3d. I need more design power than I have. The colors involved should be in the blue and green spectrum with maybe a little gray.
