Describe your company and organization and target audience

My company is a fitness and nutrition programming business. My target audience is male and female, people who are high performers and desire to find their true potential. My target audience wants to feel like they can identify with and be a part of a larger community of likeminded people who never settle for mediocrity. My target clients typically do shift work like fire, police, EMS, or healthcare, or are military. They compete in bodybuilding, CrossFit, and other competitive sports. 

The design should have the following

The design should be sharp, draw attention, and leave a strong impression. The designer can play around with initials, topographic, or a combination with an icon. It should cater to the audience and include images such as animals, weapons, and shapes. Please get inspiration from military and tactical logo designs.
