Describe your company and organization and target audience

Alante means 'forward' in Spanish.  Alante Consulting Inc. is about moving big engineering consultancies and IT clients forward in their projects and bottom line, and about moving me forward to my personal best. I've reinvented myself from a salaried Project Manager to business owner brining top consultant skills, mindfulness approach and a woman's perspective to the IT and transportation sectors to help clients recover failing projects or start their project with resilience to failure. 

The design should have the following

<p>Updated Design:</p><p>Based on designs received, the one I like the most in the concept of an "A" with a path forward through it. While the road curving through the "A" is the top concept , I want it to not look like it could belong to a construction company that builds roads. the Logo needs to speak to who I am and my belief that project management moves us forward.</p><p><br></p><p>So the update is to use the concept of "less like a road". Maybe&nbsp; a path? See the path concepts attached.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Feel free to blend this with technology sectors or project management concepts like a Gantt Chart.&nbsp; the attached are just concepts.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Original Brief:&nbsp; Alante does things differently - we're calm while at the same time have the results of deploying a Navy Seal team - targeted, focused, problem-solving using a project approach. (Navy Seals do practice mindfulness as a way to hone their effectiveness). Our logo needs to represent the seriousness of what we do in male dominated industries like construction and transit , the Zen approach and balance that a mindfulness practitioner brings. Alante may also do mindfulness training in the workplace and coaching stressed-out business leaders to have more work-life joy.&nbsp; 2 logos I like are included but open to anything creative, with energy and balance.&nbsp; &nbsp;Maybe a subtle nod to the ensō, a symbol of Zen Buddhism that represents the beauty of imperfection and the flow of life.</p>
