I am a homebuilder in Texas. We do both custom and spec houses. We can do entry level 1,200 square foot houses all the way up to million dollar homes. Most clients will be people moving into their second or third home or their forever home.

The design should have the following

The words "AKC Homes". Something catchy and and creative. So many builders have their name just under a house or roof. I DON'T want this. I like to be somewhat different and set myself apart with this logo. I will advertise with it too, so something that catches the eye.
