Describe your company and organization and target audience

Airmen's Lodge is basically a short term rental/hotel for transient pilots.

The design should have the following

The theme is aviation-heavy should be the the most influence of the logo over say a lodge/building/hotel of any sort. I'm looking for a classy & sophisticated design.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
